I have had a great experience with 357 Golf Carts! My wife and kids cruise around town almost daily in a custom build lithium pack golf cart that these guys built for us. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service throughout the whole process. Everything from picking out accessories, lighting, Bluetooth stereo, color, interior, rims, tires, etc…has been very smooth and low pressure. The great customer service doesn’t stop once you buy the Cart…They are outstanding after as well. They really stand behind their product and hold customer satisfaction to high importance! Eric and Taylor have gone above and beyond time and time again! When searching for a golf cart company to build a golf cart to ship to my dad in Alaska, I was SO fortunate to find Eric at 357 Golf Carts. He was so easy to work with and spent time explaining all of the various custom options. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers needs. My dad has the BEST golf cart in Alaska. After delivery, we added a few more options, like a gun rack and mud flaps. Eric has always been very responsive to any question or need I have.
